The CXSD61032 are high-efficiency 1.5MHz synchronous step-down DC-DCP1x嘉泰姆
regulator ICs capable of delivering up to 1.5A output currents, respectively. The P1x嘉泰姆
CXSD61032 operates over a wide input voltage range from 3V to 5.5V and integrateP1x嘉泰姆
main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize theP1x嘉泰姆
conduction loss. Low output voltage ripple and small external inductor and P1x嘉泰姆
capacitor sizes are achieved with 1.5MHz switching frequency.P1x嘉泰姆
