一,产品概述(General Description) thO嘉泰姆

The CXSD61007 is a 150 KHz fixed frequency PWM buck (step-down)thO嘉泰姆
DC/DC converter,capable of driving a 2A load with highefficiency, lowthO嘉泰姆
ripple and excellent line and load regulation. Requiring a minimumthO嘉泰姆
number of external components, the regulator is simple to use andthO嘉泰姆
include internal frequency compensation and a fixed-frequencythO嘉泰姆
oscillator.thO嘉泰姆
The PWM control circuit is able to adjust the duty ratio linearlythO嘉泰姆
from 0 to 100%. An enable function, an over current protection functionthO嘉泰姆

is built inside. When second current limit function happens, the operation thO嘉泰姆

frequency will be reduced from 150KHz to 50KHz. An internal compensationthO嘉泰姆

block is built in to minimize external component count.thO嘉泰姆
