The CXLC8LP129B is an 8-bit single chip micro-controller, it is one of CXLC8 series products. Its memory capacity includes 144 bytes SRAM, 4K *14 bits OTP ROM. Other features include timer RTC, timer TCC, four groups I/O Port (P1.0~P1.7, P2.0~P2.7, P3.0~P3.5, P4.0~P4.7), a resistor to frequency converter, a programmable sound generator and a LCD module are built in the chip. The LCD module is capable of driving up to 32 segments and up to 4 commons and it supports 1/2 bias and 1/3 bias.(128 dots = 4com* 32seg).
Microcontroller Features
l Operating voltage: 2.4V~5.5V.
lWhen PLL Operating frequency to 8MHz, crystal oscillator and pLL working voltage of not less than working voltage 3V reference to 4. 5V.
l Operating frequency up to 10MHz. (An instruction cycle equals to 2 oscillator periods)
l Crystal oscillator the frequency for only 6MHz.
l RC oscillator the frequency for only 1MHz.
l 4K*14 bits OTP ROM.
l 144*8 bits SRAM.
l 4 groups GPIO: P1.0~P1.7, P2.0~P2.7, P3.0~P3.5, P4.0~P4.7.
l 8 level stacks for subroutine nesting.
l Clock Sources
- crystal oscillator with external crystal.

l Oscillator mode
- crystal oscillator work only.
- crystal oscillator and RC oscillator work together.
- crystal oscillator and PLL work together.
- RC oscillator work only.
l When crystal oscillator work only, MCU supports three work modes to reduce the current consumer.
- Slow: MCU and crystal oscillator turn on.
- Idle: MCU turn off, crystal oscillator turn on.
- Sleep: MCU and crystal oscillator turn off.
l When crystal oscillator and RC oscillator /PLL work together, MCU supports four work modes to reduce the current consumer.
- Normal: MCU, crystal oscillator and RC oscillator/PLL turn on.
- Slow: MCU, crystal oscillator turn on, RC oscillator/PLL turn off.
- Idle: MCU, RC oscillator/PLL turn off, crystal oscillator turn on.
- Sleep: MCU, crystal oscillator and RC oscillator/PLL turn off.
l When RC oscillator work only, MCU supports four work modes to reduce the current
consumer.
- Normal: MCU and RC oscillator turn on.
- Idle: MCU turn off, RC oscillator turn on.
- Sleep: MCU and RC oscillator turn off.
l 5 hard interrupt source: RTC overflow interrupt, TCC overflow interrupt, 2 external interrupts:P4.0/INT0, P4.1/INT1, RFC overflow interrupt
l Built-in resistor to frequency converter (RFC).
l Built-in programmable sound generator (PSG).
l One infrared transmitter
l Watchdog Timer (WDT) with its own on-chip RC oscillator to prevent system stand still.
l Built-in low power voltage reset (LVR).
l Built-in power on reset (POR).
l Oscillator start-up timer (OST).
l CMOS technology for low power consumption.

l Operation voltage: 3V.
l LCD operation current:
- Stand by current: < 1μA
- Start up current: < 10mA
